About Dylan
Outside of politics, I’ve always been deeply drawn to history and the spaces that bring people together. I love spending time in museums and historic sites across North Carolina, trivia nights, finding new coffee shops, and hiking entirely too much with my dog, Maggie.
I’m also incredibly proud to be the first person in my family to graduate from college, earning my degree from Appalachian State University. My family owns and operates Screen Print Plus, a more than 70-year-old small business in downtown Reidsville. Growing up working in our shop and leading into college was an experience that shaped so much of how I see public service and the importance of investing in communities and education.
Today, I work in the North Carolina legislature for Rep. Amanda Cook (HD 60, High Point). Alongside my legislative work, I continue helping candidates and local leaders get elected across the Piedmont area.
Politically, I’m inspired most by organizers and local leaders who continue showing up for their communities even when the odds are against them. The people willing to knock one more door and fight for places and people they genuinely love.
I’m an avid fan of The Golden Girls, believe every campaign needs a good playlist, and currently call Reidsville home.
